Marnebek School is a specialist Prep to Year 12 school in Cranbourne East delivering educational programs for students with disabilities, high support needs and developmental challenges. The school operates across two campuses; the New Holland Drive Campus caters for Junior and Middle students, and the Corrigans Road Campus caters for foundation VCAL and SPEC students where they are supported to transition to the community through various programs.

Both campuses were modernised through a combination of demolition, refurbishment upgrades, and newly constructed buildings, allowing the school to uphold its commitment and ability to provide individualised, challenging and rewarding learning experiences for all students.

New Holland Drive Campus

New Holland Drive is the original campus, first opening in 2002, and its comprehensive redevelopment involved the demolition of outdated structures and the removal of relocatable buildings, paving the way for new facilities.

The Administration Building was refurbished providing contemporary staff offices, meeting rooms, first aid facilities, and a welcoming reception area. Central to the redevelopment was the construction of two new double-storey Learning Buildings with modern classrooms, quiet spaces, and dedicated areas for staff, along with a new Therapy Building featuring a versatile indoor court, fitness and dance spaces, and designated staff areas. An extension was added to connect two existing buildings, leading to the creation of a Resource-Intensive Learning Building. This innovative space accommodates various specialised classrooms for subjects such as food technology, science, music, media, and art, and features a central presentation zone to showcase student work, alongside quiet areas for focused learning, staff facilities, and an upgraded canteen.

The car park and bus loop were upgraded, and new outdoor play and learning areas were created, including a hard court, playgrounds, nature play spaces, and a yarning circle. Adjacent to the new food technology classrooms, a kitchen garden was established to enrich educational experiences with hands-on learning opportunities.

Corrigans Road Campus

The Corrigans Road Campus opened in 2013 and is within a co-located site shared with Cranbourne East Secondary College. The significant redevelopment encompassed the construction of a double-storey Learning Building, providing general classrooms, quiet spaces, and specialised facilities for art, music, science, technology, and food technology, supported by staff work areas and offices. Several relocatable buildings underwent refurbishment, focusing on upgrading existing facilities such as art, media, technology, and multipurpose classrooms, and refreshing the reception, administration, and staff areas.

The campus environment was enriched with upgraded outdoor play and learning spaces to encourage active engagement and exploration among students.
