Ireland Brown Constructions was engaged to construct a new Facilities Maintenance Building within the grounds of Westbourne Grammar’s Truganina Campus.
The new Grounds Facility is a standalone structure with associated landscape, civil and site servicing works. The construction and fit out works included the erection of structural steel and timber framing , blockwork and the installation of Kingspan Roofing and Cladding to create the large storage shed which included an office and staff amenities.
External works included the construction of an expansive asphalted area specifically designed for the school’s maintenance vehicles, ground equipment and garden supplies.
All works have been undertaken within a fully operational school facility. The location of the site along the main interior access road required the delivery of the building to be carefully considered and planned, ensuring safety of the school community at all times.
