The student accommodation block located at 585 Waverley Road, Glen Waverley includes 47 apartments over three levels.

The project involved the were construction of the building including a basement carpark with 14 car spaces and a large bike storage enclosure. The construction comprised of traditional formwork, post tensioning slabs and wall construction which consists of AFS Wall Systems and traditional brick veneer with several different external cladding features.

Each of the one-bedroom apartments, include a bathroom, kitchenette and fully equipped study facility, access to an internal lift, common lounge area, industrial laundry facility, external courtyard including BBQ/entertainment area and a fully integrated security system.
