PROJECT ADDRESS: 300 Sayers Road, Truganina

CLIENT: Croxon Ramsay – Andrew Croxon

PROJECT VALUE: $1.9 Million

PROJECT TIMEFRAME: July 2011 – November 2011

BRIEF PROJECT SUMMARY:

Ireland Brown Constructions have been engaged to construct a new Facilities Maintenance Building within the grounds of Westbourne Grammar’s Truganina Campus.

The new Grounds Facility is a standalone structure with associated landscaped, civil and site servicing works. The construction and fit-out works include the erection of structural steel and timber framing, clockwork and the installation of Kingspan Roofing and Cladding to create the large storage shed which includes an office and staff amenities.

External works include the construction of an expansive asphalted area specifically designed to house schools maintenance vehicles, grounds equipment and garden supplies.

All works have been undertaken within a fully operational school facility. The sites location along the main interior road has required the delivery of the building to date to be carefully considered and planned to ensure safety of the school community.
