BRIEF PROJECT SUMMARY:
The New 24hr Ararat Police Station project required the construction of a new two level building and associated external works. IBC demolished the existing two storey Police Station and surrounding buildings, which included coordination of Asbestos removal in close proximity to the public. The construction included complex external cladding including 7 different types of Vitre Panel, impressive honed bluestone walling and feature glazing. Internal features include bluestone walling and floors to the public foyer, seratone and atkar panelling and a custom made control consol. Fitted off with an impressive security system including CCTV and a facial recognition system, a state of the art conference room with a host of audio visual applications and Police radio/PA system New Ararat Police Station is both aesthetically pleasing and user friendly.
