BRIEF PROJECT SUMMARY:
Ireland Brown Constructions completed the construction of a new Officeworks store in South Yarra. The first stage of works involved asbestos removal and detailed demolition and structural propping of the existing building. The second stage of the works is the installation of structural steel, concrete slabs, masonry, timber framing, a mezzanine office area, internal fitout and building services to create the new office works store.
