Safety Mission & Accreditation
In our industry, you can never be too careful with the health and safety of our people, clients, community and the environment. IBC has strict safety policies and measures that are the top priority of all our people and form part of their individual job specifications and KPI’s (key performance indicators).
It is our aim to deliver safety, environment and quality compliance in accordance with occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), environmental legislation and regulations, as well as the standards specified in relevant contracts and codes of practices, and individual client specifications.
To ensure we meet these requirements, we have developed our own Business Management System (BMS), which provides consistent procedures and supporting documentation that can be applied to each project.

We are also active members of the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) and have a number of staff across our teams that are accredited professionals proficient with GBCA.
