As a standalone architecturally designed structure, the new Veterinary Clinic incorporates the full range of services and finishes expected within a medical facility. The construction and fit out works included the erection of structural steel and timber framing, and the installation of a range of external finishes. External works include the installation of a client supplied 104,000L Water Tank and paving.

All works have been undertaken within a fully operational zoo facility. This coupled with the sites location along a main interior road and the tight program, required the delivery of the building to be carefully considered and planned. Such planning ensured the safety of zoo staff and visitors was maintained.
