CLIENT: Croxon Ramsay – Andrew Croxon
PROJECT VALUE: $1.9 Million

BRIEF PROJECT SUMMARY:
Ireland Brown Constructions have been engaged to construct a new Facilities Maintenance Building within the grounds of Westbourne Grammar’s Truganina Campus.
As a standalone architecturally designed structure, the new Grounds Facility incorporates a full range of services and spaces which allow the school’s maintenance equipment and staff to be fully supported within a single compound. The construction and fit out works include the erection of structural steel and timber framing , blockwork and the installation of Kingspan Roofing and Cladding to create the large storage shed, offices and staff amenities.
External works include the construction of an expansive asphalted area specifically designed to house schools maintenance vehicles, grounds equipment and garden supplies.
All works have been undertaken within a fully operational school facility. The sites location along the main interior road has required the delivery of the building to date to be carefully considered and planned to ensure safety of the school community.
